Note: Please, note that only a Proposal Lead can invite a Collaborator. It is not allowed for a Collaborator to invite another Collaborator.

To add a Collaborator, please:

1. From the “Proposals/Projects” section click on the Proposal you want to add a Collaborator to:

1. Then, click on “Invite to Collaborate” button in the upper right corner:

1. Once you click on “Invite to Collaborate” the System will automatically open a pop-up window to choose the Organisation of a Collaborator. Please check first if the Organisation already exists in the system by typing its name in the search bar:

1. If the Organisation has not been yet registered in the system please click on “Next” without making any selections in the “Select the Organisation” field:

1. In the next screen please enter the requested information about your Collaborator.

The System will confirm that the Collaborator has been invited to register in the System and collaborate on the Proposal. Please, ask your collaborator to check their inbox (including the spam folder).

1. If a relevant Organisation is listed in the suggestions, please click on it to view more details:
